I specialize in cognitive-behavioral services for children, adolescents, and adults with mental health concerns such as anxiety, specific phobias, obsessive-compulsive disorder, depression, executive functioning challenges, and stressful life transitions.
I also provide behavioral parent training to empower caregivers to support their child/teen with challenging behaviors.
I am committed to providing culturally-sensitive, evidence-based care that emphasizes compassion, humor, client values and interests, and personalized treatment planning.
I am licensed in Washington State.
Insurance
I am an out-of-network provider and do not accept insurance. Depending on a patient's insurance plan, patients may be able to seek reimbursement from their insurance provider after paying for each session. To do so, I provide all patients with invoices ("superbills") that they can submit to their insurance provider. Please contact your insurance provider to inquire about reimbursement for psychotherapy services. Common billing codes for my services include:
90791: Diagnostic Evaluation
90837: 60 minute session
90834: 45 minute session
90846: Parent session without child/teen present
